Sleeps 10 with loads of room to spread out, 2.5 bathrooms plus a private outdoor shower as well. On the 1st floor there is a king-sized bed with a full bathroom with two vanities and a large walk-in shower. On the 2nd floor there are two additional bedrooms with one king sized bed, one queen size bed, and a combined kids & media room with 2 sets of bunk beds w/ trundles. The 2nd floor has a shared bathroom that has dual sinks with cast iron tub & shower. There is also a powder room on the 1st floor and an amazing ground level outdoor shower! There is a spacious kitchen with granite counters 6 bar stools, a nice sized dining area and large den all with great natural light & marsh views plus access to the screened porch off both the dining & living areas. “Helena’s Hideaway" is tucked away off a quiet road with beautiful wooded and marsh views from just about every room…peace and relaxation await you! Just 6 blocks from downtown Folly Beach and Pirate Park for the kids is just a block away with swings & slides along with tennis & basketball courts.

You’ll find every luxury amenity here including stainless steel BOSCH appliances, Samsung SMART TVs in all rooms so you can access NetFlix, Hulu, etc. ~ an outdoor living area with fire-pit ~ private outdoor shower ~ corn-hole set for the back yard ~ an outdoor grill.

The 6th Street East beach access is just a short walk from the home and has some of the best waves at the beach. This home is the perfect combination of bright interiors, privacy and easy access to the beach and nearby to shopping & dining in downtown Folly.

    Short trip to Charleston and Folly Beach turned into a family get-together. The house was perfect - spacious, comfortable, modern and fully stocked with everything needed. The location was great. Tucked away and quiet but easy walk or golf cart ride to the beach and easy drive into Charleston.

    The house is spacious, stylish, well appointed and comfortable. The pictures are accurate. Both bathrooms are nice and modern. The floors are easy to keep swept. It is a good open layout for family entertaining. It is a 6 minute walk to the beach and around 12 minutes to Center St. Biking cuts that to a third and our family found it fun to get around on rented bikes. Hudson Street, which you come in on, is a good route to Center because much of it is shaded, even at midday. There is a great new bar/restaurant at the intersection of Hudson and Center called Lowlife that has the only reasonably sophisticated cocktails in Folly and a small but well-executed menu - we went there almost every day. Yard is not fenced, but dog park and playground are literally around the corner. Restaurants and bars in Folly are very friendly to well-mannered dogs and we took our pup everywhere. (For non-pet owners, I didn't discern any doggie smells, masking fragrances, or evidence of being pet friendly in the house - it was clean and well maintained.) There aren't really any views but of trees in summer. We were there in August and were pleasantly surprised that mosquitoes were no worse than home, even though it is near the marsh. We cooked out with a light spray of repellent and were fine. I would definitely stay here again. Property managers are professional and responsive.

    I cannot day enough glorious things about this home. Except that I wanted to go home and paint all of my floors blue just to relive the weeks memories. Everything about this Home brought our family joy. The media room/bunk room is the BEST for mulitple kiddos. I found coffee in the morning on the screened in porch to be the only way to start my day. Folly Beach has a great vibe. Beaches aren’t crowded. The folks you do encounter were all so friendly. But, back to the house. Well equipped. Crazy comfy beds. Cool as a cucumber, killer AC. Cooking was made easy with all of the amenities of home. This home just made me happy. We simply cannot wait to go back. Thank you to Luxury Simplified for a wonderful experience.

    Our family stayed at this property for one week. The house is as advertised, very stylish, well layed-out and well located (3 blocks from the beach). We had trouble with the wifi multiple days, but it was a utility problem and the managers did everything they could to accommodate us until it was fixed, including providing another house for my husband and I to work in and then a hotspot.
