The “Palmetto Loft” has been newly renovated and furnished by the owner who travels extensively for a living. This loft is the perfect fusion of quintessential Charleston charm and modern luxury/utility. It boasts high ceilings and original hardwoods throughout. The home features a gracious king-sized bed with an additional queen sleeper sofa, sleeping 4 people in total. The loft includes one full bath and a one half bath. Enjoy Bluetooth speakers up and downstairs along with a large flat screen TV. USB ports are conveniently placed throughout the home. A full kitchen and beautiful dining area provide guests with a space to cook for themselves if they choose to spend an a quiet evening away from Charleston’s vibrant nightlife!     The Palmetto Loft is a beautiful flat in the heart of Charleston. Nicely decorated, very comfortable bed and well equipped kitchen. Our stay was shortened however as major demolition in the adjacent apartments started our second day. It was terrible. But LSR were very accommodating and moved us to another property. It wasn't as lovely as the Palmetto but we appreciated their efforts.

    Giddy. The only way to describe the entire experience start to finish. This open-concept modern studio has everything you need in an ideal location. Steps from the best rooftop bars in the city and easy walking to everything else. The perfect home base with every amenity including laundry and a kitchen. For the price and location, it truly can't be beat. The space is even more beautiful in person. Highly recommend.

    We came in for a wedding in Charleston for a weekend. The property was in a great location just off E. Bay Street and near Market Street. The property was clean and well designed. Our stay was great and would recommend this place. The only small negatives is that it is an old building so you can hear the neighbors above. My recommendation to the management company would be to shade the upper window above the front door. The light comes in right to your face when you are sleeping.

    This is a beautifully appointed condo right in the heart of Charleston. The property is so comfortable and has everything you need. We were able to walk to everything. Luxury Simplified was great to work with and I would definitely stay here again on our next trip to Charleston. You are just steps away from SNOB and Fleet Landing, two of our favorite restaurants. Most comfortable bed ever.

    We really loved your property at 9 Cumberland in Charleston.
    The only issue is that the there appears to be zero insulation or sound proofing between residences. When we can hear one's neighbor snoring, loud and clear, when one can hear the neighbor's phone conversation perfectly, that is the definition of poor sound proofing.

    We traveled to Charleston just after the worst snow/ice storm in thirty years in early January 2018. Despite the terrible road conditions and sub freezing weather, the loft was cleaned and ready to go upon our arrival. The host was very responsive despite the office closure. We very much enjoyed our stay! Perfect location, walking distance to everything! We will definitely be back!

    We loved our stay in the Palmetto Loft. Great space and excellent location to do and see a lot of stuff in Downtown Charleston. Multiple restaurants, bars, museums, sights, and stores within 2 or 3 blocks. Will definitely be looking back into this spot when we come back to Charleston.

    We were unable to get out of Charleston due to hurricane Irma and had to find a new rental. We were able to book this home on short notice and we are so happy we stayed here. The place is just as it looks in the photos. The bed was very comfortable and the overall layout was very nice. You are steps away from many very nice restaurants as well as shopping . Walking distance to rainbow row and the boardwalk. We highly recommend this place for anyone looking to stay in Charleston. Loved it!
