Built in 1802, this 2 bedroom pied-à-terre is conveniently located in Charleston’s historic South of Broad neighborhood. Within walking distance to some of the best restaurants, bars, boutiques, art galleries, and historic destinations you’ll be able to enjoy all the charm the Holy City has to offer. A fusion of Charleston’s history and modern luxury, there are original hardwoods throughout, elegant high ceilings, original chandelier, beautiful molding, and fireplace with original masonry. The bathroom has been updated with Carerra marble and a large walk in shower with luxury linens. The Master Bedroom features a king size bed with luxury linens and beautiful tall windows overlooking Broad Street. The cozy second bedroom boasts a queen size bed with luxury linens. The shared full bathroom has a Carerra marble vanity, and large step-in shower. The partial kitchenette has a marble countertop, stainless steel fridge, microwave, toaster oven, Keurig coffee maker, sink and dishes/utensils for 6. The kitchenette opens up to the living room with comfortable seating area and flat screen TV with cable and complimentary WiFi.

We offer one, off-street parking spot for guests and there is ample metered short term parking on the street. A stay at Peninsula Point offers the very best of downtown Charleston with restaurants, nightlife, landmarks, and shopping all within walking distance. Just around the corner you’ll find Rainbow Row, charming cobblestone streets, the Battery and White Point Gardens, as well as a quick walk to Waterfront Park and the iconic Pineapple Fountain. You can’t beat convenience when it comes to location at Peninsula Point.

Please be advised when booking if your party has need for a wheelchair, as there is no elevator in the building. In addition, our kitchenette offers every amenity you could need to get your day started, but if you plan to prepare meals, it does NOT offer a FULL kitchen.     This amazing historic apartment at 21 Broad St has been updated with modern amenities while retaining the best parts of its past. GREAT location in the middle of the historic district and has onsite parking. Half a block from RAINBOW ROW.  History, dining, and shopping is around every corner. Decorated beautifully and wonderful bedding. Concierge service was extremely helpful and was always available and easy to reach. We had an AMAZING time and will be definitely be “retreating” again with LS the next time we head to Charleston. Thank you for all the hospitality!

    We have visiting Charleston many times and wanted to be in this specific area. Perfect for walks in any direction. Overall spacious and nice finishes. Would have like more kitchen so that we could have cooked breakfast. Also, bigger sink so that we could wash a dish. Plenty of linens and towels (yay) and comfy beds. Noise is a REAL issue with trucks etc in the middle of night/early morning. Hard to get a good sleep, so not sure I would stay there again even though I loved the space

    Beautiful Apartment! Great Location! Walking distance to just about everything. We easily took Uber a few times just to save time. No need to even move your car once you arrive. Brittany, with the property management company was awesome. She helped us park our car in our designated tight, but secure parking spot. She was very sweet and helpful. Brittany gave us a few great restaurant recommendations too! We tried our best to make it to all of them. But ran out of time.

    The apartment was equipped with everything that we needed, and was clean and comfortable. There was street noise. Night traffic, and one morning the garbage truck woke us up. But is downtown Charleston. We chose to be in the heart of Charleston. I would definitely stay there again. A sound machine was provided for one bedroom. I'm not sure why the other bedroom didn't have one. No biggie! I just listened to my music on my iPod. I fell asleep before the first song ended. By the time we went to bed, we were so exhausted; and went right to sleep. Up early anyway to explore and enjoy the low country.....Charleston!

    We visited in early October and can’t say enough about how much we enjoyed our trip. The property management company was extremely friendly, helpful, and accommodating and really made the experience hassle-free. The property itself was lovely, and we could walk almost anywhere we wanted. We can’t wait to go back, and will definitely be staying here again in the future!

    We loved the location and ambience of the apartment! It felt like home and was next door to a great cafe. We walked to dinner every night and were within easy walking distance to the market and carriage rides.
    The apartment was well kept and charming. The street noise was a little loud as it is located on a main thoroughfare but a noise machine was provided in the bedroom which after day one we never considered using. The tenants above us had children that we could hear but considering the building is from the early 1800's we expected a little noise, nothing unbearable. We would definitely come back again and have already referred someone to stay there.

    21 Broad Street Peninsula Point was absolutely wonderful! The apartment was exactly as described, the location is perfect for exploring Charleston. The dedicated and convenient parking place is very much "worth having" in this beautiful and historic city.
