The living area features a cozy loveseat, large flat screen TV with cable, and wireless internet throughout the apartment.     The property is close enough to King St. to where you have dozens of restaurants, bars, and stores within a 10 minute walk, but it is removed enough from the action so that you aren't kept awake at night by all of the commotion.

    The property itself is kept in great condition, and the fact that you need to go through two password-protected electronic door locks ensures that you feel safe and secure at all times.

    This little apartment was perfectly clean and appointed for my needs, and while there wasn’t much of a a view, the location was no more than a few minutes’ drive to anywhere in the historic district. The concierge was helpful in every way. There are some steep stairs to climb (if you have bad knees, that might become an issue), and there was some noise at night (city living), but I would definitely use the place again.

    Second time staying at property. Great location, spacious apartment, very comfortable bed and furniture. The interior was very clean but The exterior entry, staircase, upstairs porch and furniture need to be better maintained. Covered in dust dirt and pollen, could not use outdoor furniture. I wish I could have enjoyed the outdoor feature comfortably. Please note this property should be regularly power washed or at least wipe down porch furniture.

    We really felt right at home right away. My Husband and I stayed here in the beginning of May 2018 and we couldn't have been happier to stay here! The location was great, very close to everything! The bikes provided were the best thing, as the city is very flat and easy to tour on the bikes! We were able to see so much, and with the locks provided, it wasn't a problem going somewhere and leaving the bikes. They could use a basket so if we bought something we could take it with us! But not a bad problem to have!
    One thing that we found out about, when you check out and can't leave for a few hours, there is a hotel in town called Charleston Place that you can actually can check your bags for as long as you need and that way you don't have to worry about walking all over town with your luggage!

    The apartment is exactly as shown in the pictures. It is located 2 blocks from King St, plus it has a parking place! I knew from my research, parking was going to be important! The city is fantastic ... people were so friendly and the seafood is outstanding! I am from Kansas, grits were not on my list but go to the Coast Grill and Bar on St. John's and order the shrimp and grits... it is outstanding!
    This is my 3rd Air BnB and I will never stay in a hotel again.

    My teenage daughter and I had an absolutely wonderful stay here. The condo is as clean and high end as it looks in photos (may I please get the brands of the mattress, bed sheets, and sofa? SO comfy). The kitchen is equipped with everything you may need. The washing machine is noisy, so run when you leave the unit. The bath room is tiny, but this is not important to us.

    This unit is just two blocks from King Street and within walking distance of pretty much everything. Bicycles are included in the rental, though we didn't use them. We will next time.

    The management is just a friendly phone call away if you need anything; very helpful. Parking is included and just a block away.

    We highly recommend Dave's Seafood Take Out just four doors down for a bring-back lunch (Dave's is featured in the recent issue of Bon Appetite) and Five Loaves just around the corner and down one block, which was our favorite meal in Charleston.

    We stayed from Monday through Friday morning and did not have issues with street noise as others have mentioned. While the unit sleeps up to four, I can't imagine staying with more than three adults (an air mattress is provided for the other two and while I am not a fan of those, I have no doubt that it is the best and most comfortable air mattress available given the high end of everything else in the unit). My other daughter ended up not being able to come, but it would have been fine with three.

    I really can't say enough nice things about this unit and the Luxury Simplified staff! And seriously, can I please get the mattress, sheets, and sofa makers? I want them all!

    Up Stairs at 36 Morris Street is as lovely a vacation rental as I have ever been in! It's decorated beautifully, very very clean, and had everything you could possibly need to have a comfortable and an extremely enjoyable stay! We did not even need to rent a car. The bicycles were a huge bonus! We walked or rode bikes everywhere we needed to go. The one day we went to Folly Beach we took an Uber which only cost us 20 bucks. Charlston is a fantastic city and when I go back I know exactly where I will be staying. The bed and the linens were high quality and very very comfortable! Well done Luxury Simplified!!
